Kigurumi

Kigu’ is short for ‘kigurumi’, which translates to “animal characters’ in Japanese and ‘Kawaii’ is a common phrase to describe someone or something extremely CUTE. Kigurumi are hugely popular in Japan, US, UK, AUS. You don’t find them at your normal apparel stores but we are proud to carry them so that we can share this wonderful cute wear to more people!

Payment

We use PayPal as a payment system. Your secure shopping is 100% guaranteed. You can pay by major credit cards such as VISA, Master and Amex even if you don't own PayPal account. If PayPal won't accept your credit cards, make a call or email to their Help Center.

 

Shipping

We will process and ship out your order 1 to 2 days after receiving your payment. A shipping notice email will also been sent to you once the order shipped out along with a Tracking Code.
FREE Shipping (2 weeks) on orders above $100 = FREE
Airmail Shipping (1 to 2 weeks) = $15
Express Shipping (3 to 5 days) = $35 
Upon receipt of transfer, we will proceed with processing the order and shipping.  Once the product is shipped, we provide after ship tracking. What this means is you will receive a notification each time the parcel is moved from one point to another, such as from being sent out, to arrival at terminal, to final delivery - this way you will know exactly where your parcel is at any given point.

If the shipping address is different from the one on PayPal, please make a note when checkout at the "Remarks to Seller" of the address to be shipped. This way, our fulfilment staff can take note of this when sending our your parcels.

Return

Sometimes a return is inevitable and we accept appropriate returns and have set up a few guidelines to assure that returns are handled properly and fairly: 

  • For returns, please send us an email at support@KiguKawaii.com by specifying your name and order number in the first instance
  • The Customer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges for product return. If we consider that the problem with the item is our responsibility (i.e. mistake on the requested model) will provide 100% full refund.
  • All requests for returns due to mistaken shipments must be approved by us within Three working days of receipt of notification.
  • Merchandise must be in new condition, you can open it, but don't make it dirty or altered.
  • No refund or exchange for discounted merchandises unless item delivered is incorrect.
  • No credit will be issued on items damaged due to shipping problems and any other situations beyond our control. The shipping company is liable for shipping negligence and you may request damages from the shipping company.

 

Privacy Policy

We are fully committed to protecting your privacy. Any information that is given to us will be used only to enhance your shopping experience with this site. Any personal information that you submit will be used simply to process your orders and is protected by our secure server. You can request to be removed from our list by simply emailing us at support@KiguKawaii.com. 

You may also update or change the personal information we have collected by sending an email to the same email address. Should there be any changes to our privacy guarantee, relevant changes will be posted to this portion of the site.
